Alex Covell
Alex did not start performing until much later within his school life. Although studying drama in school from the age 14 onwards it was not until 17 before he took a role the Schools production of West Side Story. This love for theatre has lead him to some of the local companies and productions most memorably the site-specific epic "Shipwrecked" and of course Whitley Bay Theatre Company's own productions of Blood Brothers and Fawlty Towers.
He is currently studying Contemporary Theatre and Performance at Manchester Metropolitan University where he is taking a radical change in theatrical direction but will never forget his love for traditional plays and musicals.
